Birria House began with two friends, a shared love of great food, and a dream of building something of our own.

We’re Paige and Laura, and over the last 10 years we’ve been lucky enough to travel around the world, experiencing different cultures, discovering incredible food, and sharing unforgettable moments with people from all walks of life. Those experiences inspired us to create Birria House.

For us, it’s about more than serving great food. We wanted to create a place where people could come together, share a meal, and make lasting memories.

With backgrounds in hospitality, tourism, events, wine, and business, we combined our experience with a passion for quality ingredients, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together.

After countless hours testing recipes and perfecting our menu, Birria House was born.

Today, we’re proud to serve slow cooked birria made with premium locally sourced beef, fresh ingredients, and house made recipes. Whether you find us at a market, brewery, winery, festival, private event, or wedding, our goal is simple: to serve food we’d be proud to share with our own family and friends.
